| 2. What is BountyNet™ ? |
BountyNet™ is a great step forward for networkers as it allows networkers to be thanked financially for the successful referrals that they pass. The organisation has been founded by top networkers who are committed to providing the best networking organisation ever. No bull. Their mission is to provide the best contacts; the best referrals; the biggest pool; the most relevant training |
| 3. Are there different membership levels? |
Yes. Infinity members are full members, entitled to all the benefits that BountyNet™ offers. They can refer business and they can receive referrals.
Solar members can register with BountyNet™ in order to profit from their contacts book. Simply by making good referrals they can be paid a pre-agreed rate for a successful introduction. The benefit of this level is that many people are well connected but do not have a product or service to promote.
| 4. How do I register? |
If you want to become a Solar member, all you have to do is to complete the registration form (click http://www.bountynet.biz/bounty_reg_step1.php)
If you want to become an Infinity member then you must complete a company/personal profile. In addition you must tailor the contractual terms and conditions template that is on site to pre-agree the rate of payment that you, your company or your practice will pay to the giver of a successful referral.
| 5. How does one know what members’ terms and conditions are? |
It is up to members to set their terms and conditions. It can be a set rate per referral,
a percentage of the entire job or a percentage of the job received over a pre-determined
amount of time, for example three months. We do not allow terms that offer a percentage
of the first invoice. A registered person can log onto a members profile. Automatically
the contractual terms and conditions of that member will come up. If a registered person
decides to proceed with a referral for that member, the terms and conditions will be flagged
up again so that they can be signed off. After sign off, this document will become a legal
contract between the referrer and the member. The member will be obligated to pay the agreed
rate if the referral is successful.

A referral has to lead to business to become eligible. The terms of payment must be set out in the contract that an Infinity member

contract may state that payment will be made within thirty days.
| 13. Can more than one person per profession join BountyNet™? |

that you consider what your Unique Selling Proposition is so that you can promote your strengths.

| 16. What is the difference between an Infinity Membership and a Solar Membership? |
Infinity membership entitles the member to all the benefits offered by BountyNet™
Existing and planned. They can both receive referrals, giving a pre-agreed commission and give referrals, receiving a pre-agreed commission. They also have full access to the virtual site and all its members.
Solar members can only give referrals, receiving a pre-agreed commission. They will not be entitled to certain free benefits such as training courses although they will be permitted to purchase places (if they are available)
| 17. Is BountyNet™ Just a virtual network or do you hold networking meetings as well? |
We are both a virtual network and a face-to-face meeting networking organisation. Virtual networking gives members access to every
BountyNet™ member wherever they live. However there are many benefits from meeting people in the flesh. It’s great fun for a start;
but it also enables you to understand someone’s business, allows you to set up follow up meetings and clarifies whether you can make a good referral.
| 18. Are companies checked before joining the network? |
We have a two fold system. Companies and individuals have to complete an in-depth profile before
they can join. Premier Members must also complete a legally binding contract covering their terms
and conditions. We have also introduced a unique monitoring system based on feedback stars from
the membership. Any member who falls short will be interviewed. Our terms and conditions outline
strict criteria for membership and if a member fails to meet those criteria, a process is followed
that gives members an opportunity to respond to low stars or a complaint but if they do not satisfy
BountyNet™ they will be de-registered forthwith. Solar members can also be struck off.
We are at present developing a certification system which will endorse a members worth.
| 19. What is the BountyNet™ rating system? |
Infinity and Solar members who have exchanged a referral (whether it leads to business or not) can rate each other according to a star system with five stars meaning excellent, four: very good, three: good, two: fair, one: poor
A member’s aggregate will be flagged for all to see. If the aggregate is below three stars, BountyNet™ will automatically contact that member. Comments can be posted between members but at present will not be posted on site. Complaints against a member can be made directly to the Bountynet team on complaints@bountynet.biz
Stars will contribute toward awarding of merit certificates. A minimum number of ratings from members will be required before a certificate can be awarded.
It will also be recorded how many referrals have been made and how many business wins resulted.
| 20. Does BountyNet™ take a cut from the exchanged commissions? |
No. The terms and conditions are purely a matter for the referrer and the receiver of a referral.
| 21. Are commissions paid only for introductions or continuous work over a period of time? |
Terms are set in the terms and conditions in individual contracts. Some companies may offer a flat fee, others a percentage of the fee for an initial period (of say, three or six months), other will be happy to pay a percentage over the full time. It is up to the referee to agree these terms prior to signing their contract on line.
| 22. Can I refer people from outside BountyNet™? |
Yes you can. As a Solar or Infinity member you can refer anyone to a company within BountyNet™. The contract for payment of commission is between you (as the referee) and the company so both these parties must be members, but the person or company you refer can be from outside BountyNet™.
| 23. What are the key differences between Solar and Infinity memberships? |
Do you own a company OR do you have a service to promote/goods to sell through BountyNet™?
YES - Then the Infinity membership account is for you. With an Infinity membership you can create a profile for your company which other users can view and which you can also use to promote your goods/services. You can receive referrals from other members to your business and make referrals to other businesses as well.
NO - Then the Solar membership account is the right choice. This is for people who have a lot of contacts and would make great referrals but who don't have a business or service to promote themselves. As a Solar member you can earn money by making successful referrals to companies within BountyNet™ and earning commission.
| 24. How can I be sure I will get my commission? |
At BountyNet™ we protect your commissions in 3 ways:
1. Membership Referees - All new members to BountyNet™ are subject to two individual referee checks. By doing this we aim to ensure the legitimacy and reliability of all our members.
2. Ratings System - Company/Member profiles display an individual rating which is constructed from other member's feedback. It is a 5 star system with 1 being Poor and 5 being Excellent. You can view this before deciding if you want to do business with them.
You can also post comments and a rating for a particular user after doing business with them. This will in turn serve as a guide to others.
If any user's rating drops below 3 stars at any time, BountyNet™ will be aware and if we believe there is reason to, we will pursue the matter with the parties involved.
3. Legal Document - When any user sends a referral they must first agree to our terms & conditions, a legally binding document in which they agree to the commission settlement offered by the company to whom they are making the referral. Likewise, when a company accepts a referral they have to agree to the same terms. After negotiation, if a deal is made, both parties are legally obliged to fulfil the terms of the agreement. Any attempt to go around the system would be a breach of contract and the offending party may be sued.
